Lori Fowler

After a successful career in banking, Lori purchased Area Properties Real Estate in Sikeston, Missouri, in 2004 and today serves as Managing Broker and Co-Owner of Area Properties Real Estate – River Region. For more than 20 years, she has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market while building lasting relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and personal service. Lori approaches every transaction with the same care and attention she would give her own business.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Missouri (Mizzou), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Woods University, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Lori had a 20+ year career as a bank officer, last serving as Senior VP of Commercial Lending.

Having lived, worked, and raised her family in Southeast Missouri for more than 40 years, Lori is passionate about the communities she serves and believes they are wonderful places to live, work, and build a future. She is committed to giving back through nonprofit service and many leadership roles within the community. Outside of real estate, Lori is an avid reader and history enthusiast.

In 2016, Lori partnered with Becky Harding to open the Area Properties Real Estate – River Region office at 1304 Broadway, further expanding the company’s commitment to serving clients throughout the region.
