Sharon has been involved in real estate her entire life… the daughter of a real estate agent, she has bought, rehabbed, and sold over 10 homes with her husband. Sharon came into the real estate profession as an already accomplished corporate sales trainer, both with Dale Carnegie Training and as the Principal and Founder of Success Skills. This has allowed her a complete understanding of the leadership, negotiation and communication skills needed to help her clients realize success with their real estate transactions. She has worked with Coldwell Banker Gundaker in St. Louis and Realty Executives of Cape County before coming to Area Properties Real Estate.
Sharon really got to know the community well as a member of the Cape Girardeau Public School board for nine years. She is active in the community and loves sharing with her clients all the great things to do in the surrounding area.
